Connecting the breath and movement while flowing through poses, this class provides energy by increasing stamina and raising the heart rate.

An extension of Vital Flow, incorporating essential oils to enhance your experience by stimulating the senses.

Yin

Restorative yoga practice. Quiets the mind and relaxes the muscles. Yin yoga focuses on holding poses for longer amounts of time to increase flexibility, allowing relaxation and better sleep.
Recommended: Evening (Candlelight Yin is available if space allows a lit flame).

Core centric class combined with cardio and yoga elements .Providing a full-body workout, Pilates has been proven to ease back pain, improve posture, flexibility and overall well-being.

This class is a great way to get the juices flowing and make fun connections! With music, we create a dance party atmosphere that combines full body movement with simple choreography. The vibe is upbeat, lively and loud! DJ option and MC is available to add extra energy and excitement.

Using calisthenics and functional movement to create strength and challenge balance this dynamic class is energetic, fun and will leave participants feeling strong.

Multi faced stretch class offering a combination of dynamic, active and static stretching. Dynamic stretching improves flexibility, active stretching can slightly increase the heart rate, while static stretching increases muscle stamina.

Express Stretch
